What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer standard shipping options are the delivery date and time slots are based on the items added to the shopping cart. Most items can handle same day shipping and some require lead times.
When will the order be delivered, at what time?
We do not have any deliver time guarantee, unless for funerals and weddings. We will deliver during regular business hours. If your flowers need to reach the recipient at a specific time please send us an email. The delivery time request morning/afternoon is not guaranteed, but we will do our utmost to meet your delivery time request.
Product Preparation Lead Times
Some of our products require a minimum lead time for preparation, and orders will be dispatched appropriately. Please note that we are not liable for timely delivery if lead times have not been taken into consideration by the customer while placing an order with us. In most cases the the customer will not be able to select same day delivery by the system for situations like this.
Special Day Delivery Charge
We add an additional delivery charge based on the volume of orders on a special day. This is required to ensure we maintain quality of service.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. Will the item ordered look exactly the same as given in the picture?
Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists. A BahrainGreetings.com bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every bouquet we create is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one our premium shop, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the colour and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture.
Orders & Returns
Returns
In a rare situation where the customer is not happy with the quality of flowers used, he/she is requested to register a complaint immediately. Any complaints made after 24 hours of delivery won’t be entertained. In case the complaint is found genuine; we would be happy to have his/her flowers replaced free of cost. We at “BahrainGreetings.com” can only guarantee the quality of the flowers.
Refunds
If we at “Vintage Flora” are unable to deliver any order, the customer will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. A refund will be made only if the delivery failure is due to our mistake or if the area is non-serviceable. Approximate Time Required For Processing A Refund: 7 Working Days.
